No Kings Rally, When Ignorance Wears a Crown

Well, here we go, another round of “No Kings” rallies, because apparently, the Woke crowd has run out of things to complain about, and the civics textbooks have all gone missing, replaced by “What’s my Restroom?”. It’s almost impressive how many people can gather to protest something that doesn’t exist. You’d think after 248 years of a constitutional republic, the message might have sunk in: we don’t have kings here. That’s literally the point of America. But hey, never let facts get in the way of a good hissy-fit.

The sheer irony is one for the ages. These self-proclaimed defenders of democracy don’t seem to understand what a republic even is. The Founders built a government specifically designed to prevent a king: three branches, checks and balances, and separation of powers. The only crowns are with your BK meal. Yet here they are, waving signs about tyranny while demanding absolute rule from unelected bureaucrats and activist judges.

And now they’re trying to reclaim the American flag. Oh yes, suddenly the people who’ve spent years openly showing disdain for Old Glory are wrapping themselves in red, white, and blue as if that erases their contempt for everything it stands for. Sorry, but flying Old Glory doesn’t hide the nose rings, hair that looks like it came out of a Crayola box, or the anti-American drivel you were chanting last week. You can’t wave the flag and spit on what it represents in the same breath. Pick one.

Let’s also talk about the demographics of these protestors. Mostly older folks, bless them, standing around pretending to save democracy by misunderstanding it. Maybe they’re being paid, or maybe MSNBC has just been running the same fear commercial on loop. Either way, it’s bizarre to see retirees rallying against the one man, Donald Trump, who’s actually talking about removing income tax from their Social Security. And don’t forget, 47 is working on lowering prescription drug costs. You’d think they’d send him a thank-you card, not a protest sign.

But the real kicker? These are the same people who can’t tell you what bathroom to use, yet they’re lecturing us on constitutional governance. They scream “no kings” while worshipping government power like it’s a religion. It’s ignorance with a bullhorn.

Bottom line: they don’t hate kings. They hate the idea that people like you and me are in charge.
