The countdown is on, just 7 days until the Colorado Primary closes its curtains. Who will the bell toll for? Or perhaps more fittingly, who's about to get their bell rung by the grassroots conservative brigade? If you haven't already filled in those little bubbles on your ballots with the fury of a thousand suns, what exactly are you waiting for? You've got your choice cut out for you this primary (not really): the true grassroots Republicans who braved their way through assemblies versus the pay-to-play candidates who are all too afraid of their own shadow to try and get 10 percent at assembly.Roll call please:Our Pay of Pay Candidates:· In the purple corner for CD4, we’ve got Debra “I am going through assembly, sorry my plans changed” Flora.· Followed closely by Mike “I want special treatment during my DUI” Lynch. Mike recently declared me part of the problem with our party at a Parker Chamber meeting, oh, the irony! And let’s not forget Peter “I’m practically a Democrat” Yu.· State Senate District 2, Lisa: “I never met a lobbyist I didn’t like.” Frizell is up to her usual antics. What a train wreck· HD45, Max “Master of mudslinging” Brooks continues his assault against Bill.· JD23 is George “Pinocchio” Brauchler.· District 3 County Commissioner candidate, Priscilla “What’s experience?” Rahn. Here are the champions who stormed the gates at County and State Assemblies:· CD4: The indomitable Lauren Boebert alongside Richard Holtorf and Jerry Sonnenberg.· State Board of Education: Kristy Burton Brown and Saundra Larsen.· State Senate District 2: Tim Arvidson standing tall.· HD39: The unchallenged Brandi Bradley.· HD43: The sturdy Matt Burcham joined by Lora “ I give taxpayer money to Pride Events” Thomas.· HD45: The steadfast Bill Jack.· Douglas County DA JD23: The spine of steel Dagny Van Der Jagt. Get this Soon to be DA a cape!· County Commissioners District 2: George Teal· County Commissioners District 3: John Carson, and Kevin Van WinkleWho deserves your sacred vote? My guide, dripping with enough reality to help you fill out that ballot on the kitchen counter, might help:CD4, Lauren Boebert: Say what you will, but this woman is as solid as a Rockies when it comes to defending our Constitution. Her voting record in CD3? Top-notch. A vote for Boebert is a vote to save our county from leftists and the Trans-Republicans. The cherry on top? Trump endorsed!State Board of Education, Saundra Larsen: Sick of losing? So am I. KBB’s baggage could fill an overhead bin. Time for a new face that won’t trade our kids' future for shifting her Overton Window.State Senate District 2, Tim Arvidson: A true constitutional warrior, unlike Lisa Frizzell, who might as well caucus with the Democrats given her voting record. Dive into her donor list on TRACER, it’s like she’s auditioning for Big Pharma’s next big star.HD39, Brandi Bradley: Unopposed in this primary, and it’s a good thing because she would wipe the floor with any opponent like she does in the Colorado State House. Make sure you vote for her next Tuesday!HD43, Matt Burcham: Supported by RMGO, “Rocky Mountain Gun Owners”. His opponent supported the Pride Event in Douglas County, which is not what we need as we work to take back our state from Leftists and Trans-Republicans.HD45, Bill Jack: They've thrown everything but the kitchen sink at Jack this primary. Rumor has it that Jack’s opponent or PACs have spent $100K to knock Bill out. Bill is one of the most God-fearing men I’ve come to know. We could all take a lesson from Jack on the Constitution and the Bible.District Attorney JD 23, Dagny Van Der Jagt: Dagny is one of the new fresh faces in Doug Co politics. She brings energy and a vast amount of talent to our new Judicial District. Unlike her opponent, who loves the Red Flag laws and pays people $100.00 to carry his signs at the Elbert County Fair. Crazy, right? Nough said!District 2 County Commissioner, George Teal: Running unopposed for this important seat. George and I don’t always see eye-to-eye, especially on the Douglas County Water Board. Unlike some elected officials and weak candidates, he keeps the dialogue going, which is commendable. Just because he is unopposed, make sure you vote for him next Tuesday!District 3 County Commissioner, Kevin Van Winkle: Kevin has the highest Liberty Score out of all our Douglas County elected officials, showing great voting acumen. This race could split between Kevin and John Carson, giving way to their non-assembly opponent, Priscilla Rahn. Folks, you need to get out and vote for Kevin; a split and a loss here could bring shame to Douglas County and possibly lose this seat to a Democrat in November. Think about it.Special Election CD4, Greg Lopez: This is at the very bottom of your ballot. Don’t rush things and miss this vote; we need all the Republicans we can muster in DC! VOTE GREG LOPEZ!Well, there you have it; let the nasty comments begin; we all need a good laugh. If you’re reading this in CD 5, vote for Dave Williams! Trump endorsed and is a patriot through and through. Dave Williams ROCKS!And to the one reader in our group in CD3; vote for Ron Hanks, Trump endorsed!Remember, vote in person or drop those ballots off at a collection box. DO NOT MAIL THEM!Now we just wait for next Tuesday.
