Courtroom Win for Grassroots Opt Out Push; Court Refuses RINO Request to Dismiss the Case

UniParty RINOs – led by their puppet CO GOP Chair Brita Horn continue to try to ignore the Party’s State Central Committee vote to opt out of the open primary. The SCC voted last month to certify the previous vote to opt out of the disastrous semi open primary. But Horn is trying to claim there was no such vote and if there was it failed anyway. Grassroots patriot Cody LeBlanc, along with 54 others filed a motion in Court asking the Judge to direct Horn to acknowledge the vote and inform the Secretary of State the GOP was opting out of the open primary. And further, the grassroots filing asked the Judge to disqualify Horn’s personal attorney Steve Klenda from representing the Party in the lawsuit as the SCC also voted to fire Klenda. This set up a bizarre filing by Horn who gave the Court her sworn declaration that there was no vote to fire Klenda. The grassroots gave the Judge the videotape of the meeting proving Horn was lying as you can clearly hear her say after the voice vote, “Okay, passes, passes.” Horn then attempted to weasel her way out of the falsehood by submitting a second sworn declaration saying she didn’t remember saying that but if she did, she was referring to something else. Klenda, who has already billed the Party more than $100,000 – tried to convince the Judge to throw out the entire grassroots case right then and there. But the Judge said not so fast. The Judge said he understood the basic arguments from both sides and wants to take time to go over the evidence and the law. That’s good news for grassroots. Also encouraging, the Judge allowed the 54 other plaintiVs to remain on the case. You have to ask – why is Horn waging war against fellow Republicans and willing to bankrupt the Party over this? The answer is money and power. Dark money donors love the Democrat rigged open primary system because it allows them to pick the candidates, not the pesky voters. The Judge said he hoped to have a ruling on the Klenda firing and the opt out by Thanksgiving so stay tuned.
